Patricia Singer

Patricia Singer has over 36 years of experience in financial statements preparation, accounting, and taxation, including the last 20 years performing as a Financial & Operations Principal (FINOP). Prior to joining Quadrant, she was the CFO and FINOP of Tribal Capital Markets, LLC formally known as BCS Brokerage Inc., a FINRA registered broker-dealer. Ms. Singer was responsible for maintaining the financial books and records, preparing and submitting regulatory reports including monthly FOCUS Reports, quarterly Supplemental Statement of Income, and Custody Reports. In addition, Ms. Singer prepared net capital computations and performed haircuts on proprietary positions including mortgage-backed securities. She prepared data necessary for FINRA and SEC examinations and assisted the independent auditors during the annual financial audit. As CFO, she established and monitored operating budgets.

Ms. Singer holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Long Island University as well as a B.S. in Accounting. Ms. Singer maintains the Series, 7, 28, and 99 securities registrations.
