Michael Marrone

Michael Marrone is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP), Principal Financial Officer (PFO), and Principal Operations Officer (POO) for numerous broker-dealers. With over 30 years of experience in financial statement preparation, accounting, and taxation—and over 20 years serving as a FINOP—Michael brings deep expertise and regulatory insight to the firms he supports.

Throughout his career, Michael has successfully guided multiple firms through the FINRA membership application process, navigated complex regulatory examinations and inquiries, and supported financial audits with well-documented reports and compliance-ready financials. He is highly proficient in maintaining accurate books and records in accordance with SEC regulations.

Michael is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a longstanding member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of CPAs (NYSSCPA). He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Additionally, Michael maintains the FINRA Series 27, 7, and 99 licenses.
