Michael Marrone

Michael Marrone is the Chief Financial Officer, FINOP, PFO, and POO for numerous broker-dealers. Mr. Marrone has over 34 years of experience in financial statements preparation, accounting, and taxation, including the last 16 years performing as a FINOP. His recent position prior to joining Quadrant was working as the CFO and Financial & Operations Principal at US RE Securities, LLC, a FINRA member broker-dealer, and as the Vice President and Controller at US RE Corporation, a Global Reinsurance Broker.

Mr. Marrone is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as a member of the New York State Society of CPA’s. Mr. Marrone also holds a Masters Degree in Accounting from Long Island University as well as a BS in Accounting. Mr. Marrone has the following securities licenses; series 27, 7, and 99.
